An installation showing a selection of found materials (painted wood, textiles, paper with pattern, painted cardboard and foam board together with works on paper (water color and ink). The images are from the summer exhibition in Prosjektrom Normanns 2014. 

The materials were collected during a period in which I was teaching Arts and Crafts in a public Junior High School in Norway. The material was leftovers discovered in hidden places, forgotten or put in the trash. In secret I took the tiny objects with me and started to create a dialogue between them in my studio. This was a necessary escape, an obsession, constantly searching for small little art works. Looking for substance and potential in my everyday environment.
